CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations on or prior to Monday, March 3 will incur a US $100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to IEEE DySPAN 2014 at dyspanreg@ieee.org.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS

In order to upload your paper, you must first register for the conference.
You will need your Registration Code (Confirmation) when you upload your paper.

Note: DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author Account.
 
IEEE and IEEE COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY POLICIES

To be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2014 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS

Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format) from the "home page" of their accepted papers. Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a IEEE ComSoc Visa Assistance Request (http://www.comsoc.org/node/add/visa-assistance-request).
