IEEE DySPAN 2014 has numerous tracks with different deadlines and submission requirements.  See the table below with the deadlines and submission requirements.

Paper Submissions

The conference language is English. Papers should be concisely written. Maximum paper length for review is track specific (see above).  Papers must be written using the IEEE conference proceedings style format (two-column and 10-point font).  For more information on IEEE style formats, see http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
For demos and tutorials, see the call for proposals for specific information on what should be included in proposals.

Registration

To be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2014 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the non-student rate (member or non-member) and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2014 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2014 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.

Visa Information
Although you are only submitting your paper and do not know if it will be accepted, we suggest you review the link for visas (http://travel.state.gov/visa/) to see what would be required if your paper does get accepted. The visa process is often long, we suggest you do
whatever is necessary to prepare as far ahead of time as possible. You will not receive a refund and you will not be excused as a no-show due to not receiving a visa.
